One of the best ways to keep young through nutrition is to do two things:

1) increase the intake of enzymes and

1 Litre of water melon & rind juice (with half a cucumber)

60ml of rainbow enzyme

10ml lemon juice

crushed mint leaves

thin cucumber slices
