MIXED BERRY COMPOTÉ

Get creative with our MULBERRY VITALITY ENZYMES to make the most delicious and nutritious non-cooked MIXED BERRY COMPOTE! It’s simple to prepare, very versatile and can be used as a flavourful topping for ice cream, tarts, pies and cakes.

 

  • 1 cup Blueberries

  • 1 cup Strawberries chopped

  • 1 cup Raspberries

  • 1 cup Blackberries

 

Toss in 1/2 cup of Mulberry Vitality Enzymes and leave for 20 minutes for the berries to bleed out their juices. For extra sweetness, arenga forest sugar can be used. Berrylicious!
