RAW MULBERRY JAM

1/4 cup filtered water

1/2 cup chopped dates

2 tbsps chia seeds

2 cups fresh mulberries or strawberries

2 tbs Mulberry Vitality Enzymes

2 tbs Masarang Forest Sugar to sweeten

 

Blitz the water, Mulberry Vitality Enzymes, Masarang Forest Sugar and dates till creamy. Add in Chia seeds and blend. Add in berries and pulse so that berries will still be chunky.  Place in fridge for half and hour at least to thicken the jam.

Spread on raw crackers or slices of zucchini and enjoy!
